La pastilla es muy fuerte , me causa malestares ardor en el estómago , dolor de cabeza y náuseas . Hay que tomarla después de cada comida. SI CUMPLE SU FUNCIÓN me salían a la semana hasta 5 granos y ha disminuido el acné , ahora estoy tratando las manchas! SI RECOMIENDO ESTO

Not sure – broke me out bad
I’m not sure about this. I love the formulation and I had high hopes but it broke me out in deep juicy painful zits the worst I’ve ever had, and I had terrible cystic acne all through college. They also took forever to clear up and heal and left scars, which I don’t normally get. I cleared it with Avene gentle benzoyl peroxide. Now, I take half dose every few days.

50 mg of Zinc is too much! This supplement almost cost me a trip to the ER!!!!! Headache from Hell, Extreme Nausea, Heartburn From a Volcano and feeling just Weird!!!! Did not go to sleep until 3am. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE CHEAP!!! Back to my Expensive Touch Benzoyl Peroxide Gel a whole lot cheaper than a ER visit!!! I have great skin because of this gel and I am sticking too it, the next supplement I try will have a low zinc if I try one. Watch out!
