WORKS! LIGHT! EASY TO APPLY AND USE!
Took and trip and knew I would be out in the sun. I know this is for the face, but I used on my arms, legs and face. It is light and easy to apply. Not sticky and heavy as some sunblocks can be. I am very pleased with this purchase/find, as it works well and was a fabulous price for this tube.

Re-apply every 30 minutes to keep from burning
I teach swimming to children in an outdoor pool for 6 hrs. day.I use this sunscreen on my face & I haven’t burned once. I do rub it on every hour.Will buy more.Update: 6/21:Used now for about 6 weeks. Have burned. Think the UV value should be about 30 (minutes). Re-apply every 30 minutes instead of 55.

I believe equal to name brand rhyming with NitroGina
I believe it is equal to the name brand mentioned on the front side of the tube. It is 55 SPF Sun Protection Factor so it offers strong UV A and UV B protection which are the 2 ranges of sun rays that do the skin damage and burning.It is an easily absorbed lotion that when rubbed goes into the skin and is not visible.It feels good after being rubbed in in that it feels dry and not overly greasy or with no shine and sheen.If you put on a shirt over your skin with lotion it will appear on the inside of a dark shirt but it will wash out right away when that shirt is washed.It is a good product and offers burn protection to me in some clear-sky strong sun uses. Reapply after entering the pool or after an hour (all sunscreen labels say reapply after 80 minutes which I believe is per recommendations of the federal FDA or some medical studies).I reapply often and I still get tanned but I do not want to burn.

Doesn’t feel sheer
This seems to blend without leaving white behind but it feels kind of heavy. It leaves me shiny which i don’t like. Also if any gets too close to your eyes or you rub your eyes with any left on your hands…your eyes will burn and water for awhile. I’ll probably use this on my legs & stick with Neutrogena spray for my upper body.

Delivers what it promises
I’m a fair skinned person who burns and freckles easily and in my 40’s. I also love being outside. I have worn spf on my face (and usually my hands) basically every day since I was 13 and because of that people always say I don’t look my age. Back then, only a 4 or 8 was available in face moisturizers, but I have always worn the highest that is recommended and usually face moisturizers are behind in meeting the recommendations so I have usually worn a full on sunscreen under my makeup. As the recommendations get higher it has been harder to find something that doesn’t look pasty, smell bad or interfere with makeup. I was using Eucerin spf 30 and Cera Ve spf 30 but I have wanted to increase spf to 50 because that is what is recommended now. I tried the Cera Ve spf 50 and was disappointed by how tacky it is and pasty it looks. I don’t even like wearing it alone to the beach because it’s so chalky white and sticky. Neutrogena healthy defense is alright but it has a scent and some chemicals that are not so good. It also is a pretty small bottle (1.7 oz) when you use it everyday on face and hands.But THIS product has blown me away with its affordability and quality. It IS sheer. Easily blends in and disappears quickly into skin. It’s completely odorless. It’s not tacky or greasy—you feel moisturized but not sticky. It performs under foundation even better than the Cera Ve 30. Now, this doesn’t have the extra ceramides and vitamins that does so I’ll still be using that when I feel extra dry like in winter, or I might mix the two moisturizers, but this Solimo reef safe sunscreen will definitely be my daily face and hand sunscreen in the spring, summer and early fall. These are the days I go straight from work to the garden or the beach. I can quickly reapply over my makeup before I leave the house again feel fully protected while I’m out.

NOT FRAGRANCE FREE Ingredients Include Fragrance
Update July 2024:BEWARE! The listing says “Unscented” but the ingredients include fragrance!I should have asked for my money back, I thought it was my mistake that I accidentally ordered a scented product, so I kept it but never used it. Too late now to try to get a refund for erroneous description.That said, the fragrance is very light BUT I didn’t use it on my face because any scent at all would bother me there. Based on how this felt on my arms and neck, I wouldn’t want it on my face. It took a long time for the shininess and greasiness to mostly go away. After swimming, it rubbed off on my swimsuit as I undressed.Original Review May 2023:If, like me, you want a fragrance free sunscreen for your face, be aware that there are some reviews saying this is fragrance free but that is incorrect. The list of ingredients, which is posted on the product page, includes fragrance. I just missed it.In addition, I was annoyed by the bar code sticker amazon slapped on the product. Luckily it peeled right off but it left a lot of sticky residue that required using Goo Gone to remove. This is not the first time this has happened with amazon shipments.
