   An Awesome, Inexpensive Moisturizer!
   I tried this item because a dermatologist recommended it to my daughter. I was skeptical because it is so reasonably priced and I am amazed at how much I like it! I am accustomed to spending over $40 for a tiny jar of moisturizer; very thankful I have learned that is not necessary. Cetaphil works just as well as the expensive stuff and I feel like it’s better for my skin. It isn’t sticky or thick and it hydrates well.

   Seals in moisture after a shower. Super slippery.
   Seals in moisture after a morning shower and lasts all day. Without an evening shower it lasts into the next day. This is a thick, heavy, difficult to rub in cream, (which I like), except on my hands, face and feet. If it’s on my feet I will slip and slide around in my sandals ALL DAY LONG. It’s really irritating it’s so slippery, (under a pair of socks is no issue). If it’s on my hands, eventually I will have to wash it off because I can’t grip any smooth object. Even hours later it’s a struggle. I don’t use it on my face because it irritates my eyes. I use Vanicream Moisturing Lotion for my face, hands and feet. It rubs in fairly quickly, lasts all day and after a few minutes I can grip a ball point pen again.For severe dryness and cracked feet the Cetaphil cream is hard to beat. Apply a heavy layer of the cream on your feet after an evening shower, then put on socks and go to bed and the healing starts that night. Be warned though. The next morning when you step in the shower the water will rehydrate the residual lotion on your feet and it’s like walking on wet ice.My sample arrived with a broken seal. Otherwise looked fine.

   Game changer for super dry skin!
   Let me just start off by saying that I have always had very dry skin my whole life. As I have aged, I have my body care down so that my dry skin is under control. Cetaphil is a huge help in that but that is not why I am writing a review.Over the last few years, my face has become unbelievably dry. I can get it so that there are no flakes but nothing was helping in the long run. My cheeks would drink up moisture like nobody’s business. I was layering La roche posay’s thickest moisturizer all day long and while it made my skin comfortable-ish, it only lasted until my cheeks absorbed it. I do allll the tricks too. Nothing was helping! I was resigning myself to the fact that I would have to start trying ridiculously expensive moisturizers when I said, what the heck, what don’t I just try my Cetaphil on my face again just to see if it does something/anything (I was absolutely desperate). Someone tell me why in one use, I feel normal again?!? Why did I not do this sooner?? I no longer obsess over how to fix my problem. I know this sounds ridiculous but I just feel like a normal human with well moisturized skin that can go about their day. I am so stinking happy!! My face was unbearably uncomfortable before but that is no longer a concern! My love affair with Cetaphil continues! As long as my skin doesn’t change, I will be using this for the rest of my life. 💕
