Patches are okay – a bit on the thin side
These patches do remove a tiny bit of oil on my face, but they are thin. While this hides them better on my face, I would prefer these to be thicker and absorb more.

Good acne spot treatment!
These are probably the best acne patches I’ve used. They were a bit more expensive than my normal ones, but they were very effective at calming my blemishes. Here’s what I liked:- SUPER thin. I could hardly see them on my skin! I actually forgot one was on my face in the morning and didn’t notice til mid-day!-The addition of salicylic acid really helps my inflamed blemishes. I normally put a spot treatment cream, but the patches mean I don’t pick at them, too.

Lives up to the company’s name!
I’ve never used spot treatment patches (before), but the AcneFree treatment patches appear to live up to their name! One of my teenagers had a gnarly zit form by his nose. We thought we cleared it up with a tool, but the pore was inflamed, and the zit kept resurfacing. We used a spot patch for 6 hours and were amazed by the results. These are going to be perfect for all the teens in my house! The best part is they are practically invisible on your skin.

Do not work as well as other brands out there
My teen was not impressed by these as they did not work after two nights on a big, red inflamed spot. Other brands always have a calming/flattening/goop sucking effect after one even night. There will be no repurchasing of this brand (even though it is a trusted brand) unless something changes on the next few tries…These suck…or rather=they don’t.
