I have some scars on my leg from a motorcycle incident last summer and began applying this in the spring to hopefully lighten the scars a little bit. While my scars haven’t completely disappeared (I didn’t expect them to), they are definitely much lighter and less noticeable! Hopefully if I use the entire tube maybe they will be completely gone

It works on sun damaged, dark spots! Better and faster than RX creams.
I normally do not write a review. But wow! I am not using it for a scar. I had some skin damage (too much sun when I was younger and not enough SPF was used). On my left arm, near my elbow I have three really dark spots, very noticeable and nothing for years has worked. Even the prescribed cream my dermatologist put me on. I have used this for 4 days two of them I applied twice a day, the other two days I applied once a day and two of the dark circles are completely gone and the last big one is 75% gone! I still have most of the tube!

I started using Cicatricure scar cream after a minor surgery left me with a noticeable scars on my legs. I applied it 4 times daily as directed for less than 2 weeks.Within the few days, I noticed the scar starting to fade and flatten. Good Starter Option, But Doesn’t WowI’ve been using Cicatricure Advanced Scar Gel on both facial and body scars for about six weeks now, and it’s been… okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing transformative either.What I Liked:Gentle formula: The gel is lightweight, fast-absorbing, and non-greasy—perfect for daily use on my forehead scar and a small cut on my leg. It hasn’t caused irritation or breakouts, even on sensitive skin.Pleasant texture: It comes in a handy pump bottle, which helps control the amount and keeps things hygienic. It also absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any noticeable residue.Slight improvement: My older scars seem a bit lighter and flatter than before, which is a nice change.What Fell Short:Limited results on newer scars: My more recent incision mark saw little to no change—no noticeable fading or smoothing.Takes time (and patience): I used it twice daily as instructed, but after six weeks, the progress has been modest at best.
