   No nonsense its safe and works
   I’ve been using the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches for a couple of weeks now, and I gotta say, they’re pretty awesome. If you’re like me and get those annoying surprise pimples, these patches are a lifesaver. They’re super easy to use—just pop one on at night and let it do its thing while you sleep.The patches are made with hydrocolloid, which is a fancy term for a material that sucks up all the gunk from your pimple. It’s like magic! I noticed my pimples were less red and way smaller in the morning. Plus, since they’re fragrance-free, they don’t irritate my skin, which is a big win for me.One thing I really appreciate is that they’re a bit thicker than other patches I’ve tried. I know that sounds weird, but it actually helps them stay on better overnight. I’ve had issues with patches falling off before, but not with these.On the downside, because they’re a bit thicker, they’re not totally invisible. So, I wouldn’t wear them out during the day unless you’re cool with people seeing them. Also, with 40 patches in a pack, they last a while, but if you’re dealing with a lot of breakouts, you might go through them quickly.Overall, I’d give these a solid 5 stars. They’re effective, easy to use, and a great addition to my nighttime skincare routine. If you’re looking for a simple way to tackle those stubborn pimples, I’d definitely recommend giving these a try!

   Absolute game changer
   I had a terrible infected pimple on my jawline that these patches not only helped to clear, but absolutely were stellar in sucking out the pus from said infected pimple. In 1-2 days I had the spot in so much better of a condition, and these patches worked a LOT better than my mighty hero ones did. (Those ones were just not sucking anything out of the pimple, it was frustrating. They usually worked well but not for this big boy pimple.)But these? Man, I slapped these babies on that pimple and boom. 3 hours later i had to change the patch cause it was so white with gunk! I absolutely recommend giving these a shot. They’re comfortable too, come in two sizes for big or little spots, so you always have options depending on how big your pimples are. It’s a great buy!

   Best pimple patches i’ve used!
   My absolute favorite pimple patches!! They stick so well and definitely do their job! I like these a lot more than the Hero brand that I had been using. I also love that they have a smaller and bigger size. This might seem silly but the way they are packaged and are supposed to be opened is very nice and convienent as well. These are cheaper than Hero but definitely do a better job. You’ll definitely get your money’s worth!!

   Does a great job
   I’ve tried a bunch of pimple patches over the years, and the PanOxyl Pimple Patches are definitely among my favorites. They’re super thin, nearly invisible once on, and they stick really well—no sliding off in the middle of the night, even if you toss and turn like I do.What I really like is how effective they are at pulling out gunk from whiteheads. You can literally see the patch working overnight. I pop one on a blemish before bed, and by morning it’s flatter, less red, and way less noticeable. It’s satisfying (and kind of gross, in a good way) to peel it off and see the results.They don’t contain any harsh ingredients—just hydrocolloid—so they’re gentle on sensitive skin. No dryness or irritation, which I appreciate since I already use other acne treatments.Overall, if you’re dealing with surface pimples or whiteheads, these patches are a great addition to your skincare routine. Affordable, effective, and easy to use. Definitely a repeat buy for me.

   Skincare Staple
   These are the absolute best pimple patches on the market! I have used these forever and I can definitely tell they work better for me than any other ones and are at a good price point. There are two sizes in the pack a big and small which work for whatever breakout I get. I don’t have any issue with them not sticking, I can wear them all day no problem.

   These are the truth!
   I first purchased these at a local pharmacy and it was only because I needed to use my FSA funds and these ended up catching my eye. I don’t really have any expectations but boy was I surprised at how effective these are. I’ve been working on my skin the past few years so I’ve become really knowledgable on different skin care products. I’ve used a bunch of different pimple patches over the years and these are hands down THE BEST! I’m so grateful I found these. I had a small breakout on my forehead that I have been trying to clear for weeks. I tried so many products to get the breakout to go away and these patches were the only thing to work. They also work super fast. Within just a few hours the patches pull so much gunk from your pores it’s impressive. If you love to take care of your skin these are a must have. I highly recommend!

   Highly Effective, Affordable Patches, But Bad Packaging Design…
   I find it unreasonable to spend $20 on pimple patches, especially considering that hydrocolloid is a widely available and inexpensive ingredient. Nevertheless, Panoxyl provides a budget-friendly yet effective pimple patches. These patches are designed to absorb impurities like excess oils and pus from the affected area, with results that are quite evident overnight. The adhesive used is gentle and non-irritating making it a fine choice for sensitive skin types.One drawback of the pimple patches is the difficulty with removing them from their plastic backing. During this process, I often find myself relying on my nails, which can cause the edges of the patches to curl. This curling damages the patches’ adhesiveness, affecting their effectiveness when treating pimples. The frustration of trying to remove the patches without damaging them can be quite frustrating. It would be great if the packaging were designed with practicality, maybe incorporating a more user-friendly mechanism that allows for easier peeling without risking the patches themselves. Enhanced packaging could improve the overall experience and effectiveness of these products.
