   Great for Sensitive Skin
   I’ve been using the La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+ Gentle Foaming Moisturizing Wash for a few weeks, and I’m very impressed with its performance. It’s incredibly gentle on my sensitive skin and doesn’t cause any irritation or dryness, which is hard to find in many body washes. The formula is nourishing and leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized without any greasy residue. I love that it’s fragrance-free, which is perfect for anyone with sensitive skin or allergies.

   Gentle, Hydrating, and a Great First-Step Cleanser
   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This has become a staple in my routine! I use it daily as a first-step cleanser on both my face and body, and it works beautifully. It has a simple, clean scent and is super gentle on my sensitive skin—no irritation at all. After using, my skin feels hydrated, plump, and refreshed instead of stripped or dry.It also lathers nicely and leaves me feeling truly clean, which I love. Definitely recommend! 🫧✨

   Very good cleanser that neither breaks me out or dries my skin
   I’ve tried many oil cleansers and this is the one I’ll stick with. I have seasonal combination dry skin (dry all over in the winter, normal with dry T-zone in spring and summer). I’ve used Bioderma shower oil (the huge bottle, not the biosensi one which I heard was a good one but haven’t tried it), Purito oil cleanser, manyo original oil cleanser, all types of Banila Co cleansing balms, Anua oil cleanser, and in the past 2 weeks, this La Roche Posay (LRP) oil cleanser. It’s the only cleanser that neither dries out my skin nor breaks me out.Here’s a crash course on oil cleansers: there are oil based oil cleansers and there are water-based oil cleansers. Sounds confusing, I know. When you read the ingredient list, if the first ingredient is water, it is a water-based oil cleanser, otherwise, it’s an oil-based oil cleanser. Both types work by dissolving the grime and makeup on your face with an oil or lipid, then emulsifying that gross oil with water to make it rinse off clean and not leave your face greasy. The oil-based oil cleansers have to be applied on dry face with dry hands, then emulsified by adding a bit of water, then rinsed off. The water-based oil cleansers can be applied on wet face since they contain water already, and they tend to foam up (emulsify) very easily.Among the cleansers I’ve used, manyo, Purito, Banila Co, and Anua were oil-based oil cleansers. They are excellent at removing makeup and exfoliating dead skin. They tend to break me out though, despite me emulsifying them very thoroughly and double cleanse with a facial soap afterwards. Bioderma and LRP are water based and they don’t exfoliate so well, but they also don’t break me out. They do a decent job at cleansing my face. I don’t wear makeup except lipstick and they can take care of that easily. I do wear sunscreen, but that’s not something I can be sure whether they can remove completely or not. Bioderma is cheap but leaves my skin a bit dry. LRP is cheap, just not as cheap as Bioderma, and does not dry out my skin at all.TL:DR: If you have very dry skin that’s not prone to breakout, and/or you wear heavy makeup, and/or you want an excellent exfoliator, use an oil-based oil cleanser (manyo, Anua, Banila Co…) Make sure you start with dry face, dry hands, massage thoroughly before adding a bit of water to emulsify, then then rinse off. Your face should not feel oily afterwards, but if it does, try double cleanse with a foaming cleanser afterwards.If you have dry-ish skin that’s prone to breakouts, try a water-based oil cleanser (LRP, Bioderma, Cerave…). With these you can actually double cleanse with the same cleanser, in case it doesn’t take all of your makeup off in one go.

   Must have product
   it is must have in the bathroom if you have children in the house. Their skin will be so happy and so will you. No irritation. Very light texture. Very light scent. No soapy. Skin after it is fresh, clean, soft, and NOT dry. I love it and always gift it to first time moms as a baby shower gift.

   La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+ Gentle Foaming Cleansing Oil is a skincare essential! This cleanser is perfect for both face and body, providing a gentle yet thorough cleanse without drying out your skin.    One of my favorite products
   I will definitely be reviewing this cleansing oil positively. Ever since I purchased it – it showed me the ability to effectively remove all the makeup, dirt and excess sebum from my skin without stripping it. After each use, this particular cleansing oil is leaving me a clean and a soft feel. It’s showing a pretty good effectiveness so far. I only have been using this product for a month and already noticed that my skin became more clear, most of my acne faded, and I don’t have as many overall skin problems as before. It’s super easy to use it. Sometimes I apply it with my hands, sometimes I use a silicone sponge. Whichever works for you! I’m happy with both results. I will keep using it with no doubt. 100% worth the money.

   Great product! Good for my sensitive skin!
   This product is a must-have for anyone with sensitive or dry skin. The Lipikar AP+ Gel is incredibly soothing and moisturizing. After just a fee washes, my skin feels noticeably softer, smaller pores and more hydrated. It’s non-greasy, absorbs quickly, and has a gentle fragrance. It’s definitely become a staple in my skincare routine!

   Why call it oil cleaner if it doesn’t have oil?
   The La Roche-Posay Gentle Oil Foaming Cleanser has some great qualities—it’s lightweight, non-stripping, and feels nice on the skin. It removes makeup and dirt well without leaving a greasy residue, which I appreciate. Plus, it’s fragrance-free and good for sensitive skin.However, I found that it doesn’t lather as much as I expected, and there is no oil in it. This is not what I expected. For the price, I was hoping for a more hydrating experience. It’s not a bad cleanser, but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. It might work better for others, but for me, it was just okay. I didn’t find it effective but it has lasted a long time. I use it everyday just to get rid of it!

   I prefer the Bioderma one, and it happens to be a lot cheaper too. That’s the oil cleanser I fell in love with and I haven’t used traditional cleansers since.This one leaves a film and has caused some breakouts, probably due to the addition of shea butter. When I follow up with a toner, the residue will foam up on my face – which means it’s not properly reacting and cleansing off with just water, but it is reacting with the solvents in (some of) my toners…It does foam better than other oil cleansers but that’s NOT a good thing if the idea is to avoid surfactants by using an oil cleanser… The less a cleanser foams, the milder tends to be.It has left dry patches on my elbows and knees, and it makes me itchy when atmospheric humidity is low.I think the harsh, mineral-rich mountain water cannot properly cleanse this oil wash, and Bioderma (NAOS is usually credited for inventing micellar water to combat the hard water in France) is perfect.In fact, it’s the only brand of micellar water that doesn’t foam on me either! It cleanses perfectly, whereas nothing – not even water – seems to do it.I’m not shilling for Bioderma either, as I don’t use any other products by Bioderma, and the ones I used I didn’t like, but the micellar water and the oil cleanser have changed my skincare game.
