   Excellent loose powder with superlative silk finish
   Mrs K here: after a lot of back and forth with myself I decided to try this Laneige powder. During the Chicago winters I don’t use much powder (52 year old, very dry, post menopausal skin) apart from an afternoon touch up on my nose. In every other month my skin goes full combination (yet remains dry, with all sorts of challenges). I do use powder to set my BB cream, and I’ve tried so many. This is a really exceptional powder. While I think the sort of Sputnik 60s retro/futuristic compact is almost too much, it’s cute, and would look cute on a vanity, if that’s your thing. I don’t really care about the look of it. The silicone “mesh” inside the compact is pretty slick; the included powder puff is as soft as a kitten’s fuzz, and again, secondary to the product itself, though quite nice. The powder is very, very finely milled, and whether applied with the puff, a mini triangle or a brush, only a tiny bit is needed to set your look or to touch up, and it vanishes into the skin. It absorbs excess oils and leaves my skin feeling like actual silk. It lasts for what seems like forever (I went to the gym and did a lot of cooking and other active stuff on a hot day, and I wasn’t shiny when I got home, neither did my skin look flat or one-dimensional).Because so little powder is required to buff my skin I expect it to last for months and months; it’s not irritating or drying, and I can’t believe that I could love a powder at this age, but I do. It also gives that desired airbrushed effect; I feel like I’m walking around in good lighting. Just a really delightful and pleasant product that does what it claims to do, and very well. I recommend it highly.

   Amazing Mattefying Powder! A Miracle for Oily Skin!
   I’m not sure why having skin that looks like you haven’t washed your face in a while seems to be popular these days. I understand wanting to glow. I don’t understand wanting to SHINE.This powder eliminates that SHINE that makes you look like you haven’t washed all day. Or maybe you have washed, but you just have oily skin, like I do.This powder is wonderful! All you need is a small amount applied after your moisturizer and you immediately have a beautiful, matte, shine-free face! I love it. They really great thing is that you don’t need to worry about matching this powder to your skin tone. If you are concerned about white cast, I’m not sure that this is the powder for you since it is white, but i feel like you use so little of it that it shouldn’t be an issue.This powder is lightweight, does what it says it will do quite well. I also love the container! I have nothing bad to say about this product. Lives up to the hype and I’m so glad that i got it when it was back in stock.

   It’s fine.
   Honestly this product is FINE. It’s a powder. I don’t think it works miracles, just sets your make up and makes you look less oily.

   Womderful!
   What A Surprise!Item comes in a really nice case, the likes of which I haven’t seen in quite awhile. Great size and easy to just pop into your bag.It doesn’t take much to smooth. I used it on my face on my neck and chest. It gives just enough coverage to give a blemish-free, poreless look. Really love it.I wish it came in colors, as it is a bit light for my complexion. I intend to see what other products from this company I can try.

   This Product Needs more improvement.
   I love the packaging it’s sooo beautiful and minimalistic which is great but …. I gave it 3 stars because the powder puff doesn’t match the aesthetic of the outside , and there is no refill options for the powder inside ??? I’m not gonna buy the same compact mirror several times ? What the heck Laneige ? Fix this immediately!! There’s a Clear indication that product inside can be refillable but I don’t see where you can purchase the refills for this product. It’s a really strange.

   What is this sorcery?!
   I honestly don’t know what kind of magic this is but this powder is AMAZING. I’m not one who writes reviews but had to come on here to say that I’m blown away at how well this works to absorb oil and shine and it keeps it away!! It feels so soft and your face will look and feel flawless. And the cute little compact is so convenient to throw in your purse without worrying about it making a mess. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself!

   Excellent powder if you want to use this as your only face makeup <3
   I tried this stuff out immediately because of the other reviews. I don't wear any other makeup such as foundation or anything that would be caked on the face because I want my skin to breathe. I just use a simple moisturizer (also Laneige) and then add this on top and they are not joking when they say it completely does away with the oily look and leaves a matte finish while still leaving your skin glowing. Amazing product and I will continue to buy!

   This is the secret for makeup in hot and humid climates!
   I am a sweaty person, but I also love wearing makeup regardless of the weather. While holidaying in Southeast Asia at the start of wet season, I faced temperatures between 35 and 40 degrees celsius (95-104 degrees Fahrenheit) with high humidity. After finishing my base makeup, I applied this powder all over. I did not use a setting spray because most break me out. Luckily, no setting spray was necessary while using this setting powder! It kept my foundation and cream blush from separating or becoming patchy, and also kept me from being too shiny. I reapplied a couple times per day. This is magical and I will definitely be using regularly during the summers in North America too!

    The compact is so cute and easy to take on the go, the powder blurs nicely without feeling heavy or mattifying too much! Please bring the cushion foundations to Amazon canada, this pairs so nicely with them!!

    Really love how this powder blurs my skin and sets my makeup without looking heavy. It gives a soft, smooth finish and helps with shine throughout the day. The compact is super cute and easy to carry around.Only knocking off one star because it’s too white when you put it on. Wish there were shade options, but overall, it works really well and feels great on my face!
