The color accuracy receives mixed feedback, with some customers finding it perfect while others report it turning their hair completely ridiculous. WORKS TO NEUTRALIZE PINK HAIR! (natural house lighting vs outside lighting)
This saved me from dark pink hair after I bleached my hair from red twice! It turned this horrible peach pink color and I wanted blonde. The toner SIGNIFICANTLY lightened my hair! It’s 3 different colors, now, gray in some roots, light blonde and pastel pink but it almost kinda looks good! I physically cannot get my hair one color unless I seeked a professional that I can’t afford, but it turned out so pretty regardless.WARNING make sure your hair is pale yellow like the inside of a banana! Mine lifted 3 different colors because some of my bleached hair was lighter yellow and darker yellow, THATS WHY. User error. The toner did what was advertised. As for 2 parts 20 volume developer and 1 part toner, you pour the toner in the bowl, then fill the toner bottle you emptied with 20 volume, pour it in and repeat. I was confused about that originally and messed up my first round.EDIT: So I’ve used this product for a third time. I will include updated photos. My hair is essentially platinum blonde against sunlight!! This is the holy grail toner!

💜Purple toner to counteract brassy orange blonde🧡
DIY tone at home. T14 has a VIOLET PURPLE base tone to counteract brassy orange blonde.✨️*Use 2:1 ratio with 20 volume cream developer*✨️ (Instructions are on box, online, and YouTube). Use 10 vol if you want/need to deposit more color. 30 vol if you want to lighten fast, be careful on roots, will take them lighter than the rest. I’ve learned the hard way.Apply to wet, damp, towel dried hair. (Can damped with spray bottle).Section hair. Take small chunky sections, starting in back. I use gloves and my fingers to apply. Regrowth area first, down strand but not on ends. Avoiding getting too close to roots at scalp, warmer at scalp making it process faster. (Unless you want it on roots, it will lighten roots depending on volume of developer).Dry porous hair, especially ends will pick up the ashy gray the most. Apply mostly to root regrowth area first. I avoid getting it on the lower half, until few minutes before washing out, I massage it all in, down to the roots, just for 1-2 min. (Rewet little with water to get a thick consistency that you can massage in all over. Use two bottles if you have a lot of hair).I leave mine on 10 -15 minutes or its too ashy gray violet. If you are really orange Leave it on 20 to 30. If it’s too ashy it will fade after few washes and the orange will still be gone.Don’t try this the night before a big event! I recommend toning like a week prior, let it fade and wash few times, plus it does smell for at least 2 washes.Sometimes I use T18 too, a blue base, gives a little different shade, beige blonde vs ashy blonde. You could mix both together for natural blonde look.

Did the job! 🙂
Will def use again! Only next time I’ll have an extra on hand, could’ve used a smidgen more. But looks much better than before! And blended my roots. Applied root to end & kept it in for 20-25 mins. 20 developer.

Great Toner!!
This toner works super fast for toning down orange and brass colors but don’t leave it on too long especially on light hair or it’ll turn kinda gray unless that’s the color your going for. Other than that it’s perfect!

Used for years.
This works best after a bleaching. It didn’t work over blonde it. The tone is usually good at lifting post bleach if you have a faint yellow

Great product and results
Used t14/20 developer/2 capfuls of 050. I left it in for 30 min. Top pic is before. Left hair soft, not damaged. I was looking to darken my highlights – so this worked very well. This was my first time using toner at home and I am very happy with the results.

Definitely buy it
Wella T14 is the only toner that takes out both orange and yellow from my hair after bleaching. The only thing I don’t like is it makes my hair look gray. I want blonde hair. It’s very hard for me to get blonde hair after using it.

Make sure you have super even and light blonde bleached hair but you may also be gray from this
For anyone bleaching and toning their hair at home. T14 and t18 is a very blue toner and if you have like a level 10 white blonde hair dont use this unless youre going for a very gray muddy blonde. Which is cool i look like serapiath now which is dope. But its hard to pick a toner with little knowledge. I have patches of blond thst were at like a level 9 and it made an uneven white blonde to gray blue uneven thing. Oh well. T18 and t14 shouldnt be thought of a cure. Make sure your bleach job is light and even.

The box says mix it with 2 parts 20 vol developer. I did not know this, the listing should make this clear.
