Bought this dryer in March 2025. The latch for the door broke so it wouldn’t stay closed. We were able to put a 5 gallon bucket of paint up against it to get it to run. Called to get it fixed. They came out twice and didn’t fix it. They said the part isn’t available. They are supposed to refund the money. We shall see.

I’ve had this dryer a few months and always use the high heat setting because it dries the best. The other settings take a double cycle so I prefer the “high heat 54 minute cycle” it completely dries my towels and clothes the first cycle. It works well and looks really nice.

The delivery was smooth and issue free – in fact it arrived a day early – which was good. setting it up and understanding the use was simple. it has worked great and has a lot of variability in modes of drying. and it has a lot of capacity (like it says… hahah). great appliance.

I’ve had his dryer 2 years , the motor is very loud, to dry one load it takes about 2 hours , I’ve had it repaired 2 times a sock got in motor, the lint light came on we cleaned it dryer still not working looking on YouTube I would have to take the entire lint out vacuumed it out .
