Updated review– Amazon made replacement of the defective unit very easy. The replacement works ad intended– so far, so good.After 4 uses, it will not get hot. Red light flashes rapidly, but no heat. Very disappointing at this price!,

I did a lot of research trying to choose a straightner and I ended up going w this one Cause I have fair frizzy hair and as per my research one of these would be good and yes it is! The price was sooo worth the purchase it straightenes very well it does auto shut off after an hour and it leaves your hair super smooth after I got the all black one and I loved it
