Good replacement
I ordered another brand one here prior to this one and ended up returning it. Its suction power was extremely low and I found it was a bit on the flimsier side. This one is almost like the original from design to sturdiness. The original stopped working after a couple weeks of usage. I got a replacement on warranty which too started malfunctioning. I am out of the warranty time and didn’t want to spend another $200 on an another replacement part. The Dyson has been a money destroyer as its parts break easy and it’s also a high maintenance product regarding the cleaning you have to do to. This one is still performing great so far. Fingers crossed it will last a couple of years. It feels sturdy and I am pretty happy with it. I use it for hard floors and carpet. The photo shows the broken original Dyson torque brush and this replacement.

Get what you pay for – lower performance and durability
It’s cheap, brush didn’t free spin as fast, bogs down a lot on low pile rugs, hair gets more tangled and to top it off one of the wheel mounts broke in less than a month. At least I am within the return window.Going to be buying the real Dyson one now since that lasted multiple years.

Looks and works as well as the original. Bought a cheaper knock off version before this one and was disappointed with it because it didn’t have the slider adjustment on the front, this one does. The OEM one is $130, this was $64. Very good deal.

This brush head performs really well — it fits my V11 perfectly and delivers strong suction with great maneuverability. I’ve used it on both carpets and hard floors, and it picks up dirt and pet hair without any tangling issues.The suction control feature is a nice bonus, and it feels like a solid, well-built replacement part. That said, the price is on the high side for an accessory. It does the job well, but for the cost, I expected a bit more in terms of build quality or included extras.Still, if you need a reliable replacement, this one works as advertised. Honest reviews for regular people!This power head works with the following stick vacuum styles V7,8,10,11,15. The animal hair suction vanes do assist in removing excess hair but, aren’t perfect as, longer hair will still tangle in the brushes. Mobility is well done with an angled caster-type wheel style that’s already been proven in other variations, and the head can do full 180 degree positions without binding up, allowing for easy movement below low furniture or around kitchen chairs. The DrRobor V11 high torque brush head motor only draws 100 watts (as pictured) and without front lighting, battery drain is less of an issue, keeping all the power for the task at hand – cleaning! The power head also features 3 levels of adjustable suction using the front slider (see photo) which is nice for different floor types like high pile carpeting or ceramic tile floors. I liked how easy the brush roller was to remove and clean, and it’s safe to submerge in water however, the drive motor on the unit is quite flimsy without the brush roller supporting it, which could be a potential damage point, over time and use. This product is designed to be a direct replacement – for an affordable value – and meets the quality one would expect, coming from the original power head unit supplied with your vacuum. For people who own the versions stated above, this could be a great product alternative from OEM to consider, and is recommended.Thank you for reading!

This brush head is a clone of the one I got with my V15. Aside from a few word differences that were printed on the head, I could not see any difference at all. The head works well on my V15 and it actually runs with a little less noise. It clips into the V15 extension wand or motor head with the same positive snap so I know the head is properly fitted. The spinning drum section has two types of bristles for effective pickup and the same hair comb apparatus to detangle the hair. On the front top of the head, there is a three position switch to quickly adjust the head for the best suction on my floor or carpets. The back underside is made of a soft and flexible boot to ensure the max air flow where required. The two rollers at the 90° pivot point work perfectly and give the head great maneuverability on both hardwood floors and carpets. The spinning drum section can be removed for a complete cleaning. I have tested this head to see how good it will mount on both my Dyson mount and my two third party mounts and the head snapped into each perfectly. Since this head is an outstanding replacement head, I decided to use it for my everyday jobs in the house and retire my older OEM head to the garage floor.
